Pauline has disappeared. Falco is convinced that she has been kidnapped by Darrigade, the man who for 25 years has made his life and that of the late Ménard hell. But Falco refuses the help he would need to find his daughter... and a doubt gradually settles in the heads of his friends. What if he was delirious? If everything was just a consequence of his coma? Falco is isolated and will end up interned in HP to finally prove that he is the victim of a plot. His friends finally by his side, they investigate together to find Pauline. But before saving her, it will be necessary to thwart Darrigade's plans and confront her one last time on her terrain, that of manipulation and pretense.
