Citrus Salad Recipe: INGREDIENTS 2 bunches of watercress 2 oranges 1 bunch mint 1 bunch basil 1 avocado dressing: ¼ cup olive oil 2 T orange juice 1 T lemon juice 1-2 small shallots, minced salt and pepper PROCESS - Cut up veggies and herbs. - Combine dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake. - Dress salad.
