A studio flat in a former 1960s office block which is grade two listed in London's Elephant and Castle, a terraced house in Pontygwaith in South Wales and a flat in a purpose-built block in Cradley Heath near Birmingham are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Lucy and Dion meet the new owners, who all hope to make some money on their investments.
