Tarek and Christina spot an interesting property in Long Beach, California as they peruse the day's listings. It's a very small house with a massive structure in the backyard and because the house is currently tenant-occupied, Tarek and Christina will have to make their buying decision without the benefit of personally inspecting the property. The potential value of the back structure is too much to pass up and Tarek and Christina make a deal to buy the property; but when they arrive as the new owners, they are shocked by what they find. Can Tarek and Christina transform this trash heap into a treasure trove or will they be left wishing they never laid eyes on this junk yard flip?
