In Suffolk, one housing officer has his work cut out as he mediates a turf war between two sheltered housing tenants. Matt visits a run-down house in east London where he finds vulnerable tenants living in squalid conditions and a catch-22 situation. On the outskirts of Birmingham, one devoted dad brings some happiness to his brave teenage daughter with the help of the housing enforcers.
