After entering Cartoonland, Rosey and Buddy soon find out that the TV Network is run by the Powers. The Powers only care about making money and commercials. The Powers don't like Rosey and Buddy, so, they lock them in the Betty & Veronica asylum, where they find other many other cartoon characters.
