On the other other hand, he's very popular with his male friends for his kind-hearted personality. One day, he helped a girl from being groped in the train, Rinko Yamato, and ended up liking her too. Believing that Rinko also has crush on his Makoto, Takeo decides to once more let go of his feelings and support Rinko's feelings towards Makoto.
