Whitney and her ex-boyfriend, Todd, are embroiled in a bitter custody battle over their 4-year-old daughter. Whitney claims Todd is an unfit father who is addicted to drugs. She also accuses Todd of teaching their daughter to crush her candy just like she claims he crushes his prescription pills before snorting them — and she says she has video proof. Todd admits he once snorted anxiety pills when he was running low during a supervised visit with his daughter, but he insists it didn’t happen in front of the child and denies being a drug addict. Todd says he’s a good father and claims Whitney is keeping their daughter from him out of spite because he cheated on her when she was pregnant. Dr. Phil brings the embattled exes together, alongside their family, in search of a peaceful resolution. Can this family put their differences aside and move forward in the best interests of the child?
