This year, L.O.S.E. will actually stay up to watch the all-night monster movie marathon on TV, thanks to an anti-sleep ray developed by Frogg. It works marvels, and Voltar decides to use it every night - just think of how much evil they can do! Meanwhile, Red is haunted by one of the movies he saw where an entire city is put to sleep, especially when that exact thing happens in Metrotown, thanks to an escaped villain who chats her victims to sleep.
