After gaining a few vulnerable allies in the student council, Tsubame’s next task from Kei is to protect their base. To better understand the students’ concerns, they set up a suggestion box. Soon, the council is overwhelmed with complaints, especially about budget distribution among sports clubs. Amid the chaos, a group of less recognized clubs, unable to get their own club rooms due to a scheme by the basketball team led by Natsuki, takes over the student council room to use as their own.
