Drew and Jonathan agree it will take more than a makeover to sell the couple's house at top dollar. And while Jonathan gets busy with a major overhaul, Drew leads the search for a move-in ready property. When a potentially lethal hazard is uncovered, the family must relocate to a hotel. And when a key deal falls through, the house hunt is back to square one.
