Beginning in the 1990s, young college men were found dead in rivers across the United States. Some say it was the result of alcohol abuse. Others believe it to be more sinister…serial killers stalking college students to torture and then murder them. When two investigators claimed the crime scenes were tagged with graffiti, they became known as the “Smiley Face Murders” causing panic across the nation. But was any of it real? Greta Van Susteren investigates.
