During their trip to Catalina, Katie becomes remorseful about all that she hadn’t accomplished in her life and knowing that she will not ever get the chance to achieve them. Resigned to having a peaceful death, Katie refuses to take her medication. Donna convinces Eric to hire the “caterer,” Marcus as Pam becomes more suspicious of the connection between the two. Marcus is hired to work with Steffy in the shipping/receiving department. Marcus shows an interest in Steffy not knowing that she is a “Forrester.” Ridge comforts an emotional Brooke as she tells him about Katie’s health. Ridge voices his disapproval when learning that Katie is with Nick in Catalina.
