Sarah meets Tabitha and Paul, who want to enlarge their small cottage in Kent, and Jim and Elaine, who need to refurb their 60s for their growing family. Tabitha and Paul need more space for their young family, but blending the old with the new is the dream. With both an extension and restoration project on their hands, the couple face a challenging build. Jim and Elaine want to update their uninspiring 1960s semi on a tiny budget and a very specific timescale.
