The SPCA saves the life of a Weimaraner in extreme malnutrition. A group of horses is rescued from deplorable living conditions, all suffering from ill health and starvation. Their owner is uncooperative and is already responsible for the death of 1 horse. A shameless owner neglects to take her cat to the vet for a tumor on its stomach, because she thought it was pregnant.
