At the courthouse, Taylor acknowledges that she hadn’t answered Rick’s proposal, and tells him that she needs to focus on Jack and consider Phoebe’s feelings before she can answer. During the hearing, Nick testifies that he is not opposed to having joint custody with Taylor. After Brooke publicly condemns Taylor for her relationship with Rick during her testimony, Rick blurts out that he and Taylor are engaged to be married. Following Tiny’s memorial service in the Forrester’s backyard, Pam blames Donna for the dog’s death and threatens retribution. Pam vows that the tricks she played on Donna recently are small in comparison of what’s to come.
