After Brooke consults Storm about legal advice regarding keeping Taylor away from Jack, Storm tells Brooke that Ridge fired him from the company. Taylor is frantic because of Brooke’s threat to take her to court. Flustered and upset by Nick’s feelings of their relationship, Bridget runs out the door. Bridget later confronts Katie about why Nick has been emotionally distant, and then vows to not give up on Nick because she knows that Nick loves her. Later, Katie frantically tells Nick that she can’t take the guilt any longer; they need to confess to Bridget about their kiss.
