Nikhilesh gifts him a pen, Foram gifts him cuff links, Baa gifts a pair of socks and Binoy gifts a tie. Sushila and Tejal gift him shirts. Monikangana switches the boxes so that Aniket wears the shirt that Sushila had bought him. She tells the family to surprise Aniket with a cake in his office. The Manager discloses that Aniket was fired from his job.
