Brooke and Nick are both concerned for Jack’s safety now that he is with Taylor, not knowing if Taylor is still drinking or what her mental state is. Storm agrees to represent Nick in an emergency custody case and is shocked to learn that Brooke is Baby Jack’s biological mother. Taylor and Rick scramble to rid her house of all alcohol. After some flirtation between the two and Rick’s failed attempt at kissing Taylor again, Taylor receives papers from the court regarding Nick’s request for an emergency custody hearing. A very emotional Taylor calls Nick, chastising him for trying to take her child away from her and blaming Brooke for instigating the hearing. Felicia and Ridge plan an anniversary party in hopes of reuniting Eric and Stephanie.
