Donna tells Eric the whole truth about Stephanie’s blackmail and the events afterwards. Eric concocts a plan to move back home with Stephanie and convince her that he has ended his relationship with Donna. Stephanie threatens Katie that Donna better break up with Eric tonight while Katie assures her that it is in the works. Nick brings James home to Taylor, who is grateful to Nick for his help. Taylor assures James that she is doing much better and that he and Nick have nothing to worry about. Eric pays a visit to Stephanie telling her that she was right about Donna all along; he’s has ending things with Donna and wants to move back home to be with Stephanie.
