Bird Brain steals eggs from the delivery ward of a hospital to hatch them with his evil incubator, thus getting a new army. Dudley and Kitty go undercover as both a doctor and a nurse to discover who is committing the crime. Meanwhile, Keswick poses as the chief of T.U.F.F. due to The Chief being in Dudley's nose for two weeks, and considered retired.
