The weather in Dragon Land is very strange. Three forms of precipitation seem to be happening at the same time and it's disrupting our friends' plans for a fun day at the beach. They decide to investigate the problem and find that Pollynimbus the weather-dragon has a cold and her machinery has fallen into disrepair.
