Flight lieutenant Aadhish reveals K.D.Pathak that when he was returning to the space ship he spotted a video camera lying on the Moon which he had fixed earlier while discovering other areas of the moon with Kumaresh later, Tarun does not give his insight into the moving stone and there in the court, K.D.Pathak raises his doubt on Tarun who secretly landed on the Moon to kill Kumaresh and while returning he hit the Camera but didn't touch the camera as he wanted to reach in space ship before Aadish arrives. Tarun reveals K.D.Pathak that Kumaresh steal his opportunity of being the first person to step on the Moon thus, Defense Lawyer tries to prove ISRA court that Tarun is innocent and she succeeds in proving it. K.D.Pathak checks the space craft in which all the 3 Astronauts were travelling but a major trouble takes place as an unknown person from ISRA has changed the code of oxygen supply and both of them feels suffocated later, K.D.Pathak manages to come out and also requests Chief Marshal Sodhi to hand over data of 150 employees who are associated with this project and reveals court that before the Space Craft was about to take off, Kumaresh gave 31 missed calls to flight lieutenant Engineer Apoorva Bharadwaj who was present in the space craft.
