Avni is urgently admitted in the Hospital as she was 95% burnt and thus Avni's Husband Sharad puts the blame on her Mother Ms. Patel for setting Avni on fire but a major trouble takes place as Doctor fails to save Avni and she was soon declared dead, thus Avni's Mother-in-law Ms. Patel gets arrested. Damini reveals K.D.Pathak that she was present in the Kitchen when Avni was burning and also tells K.D.Pathak that she has not killed her Daughter-in-law Avni. K.D.Pathak sends Varun to collect some information about Avni later, Pramod's Wife reveals her family members that she is getting missed calls on Avni's cell phones, there in the court, Sharad reveals court that his Mother had problems with Avni and thus they use to often end up in quarrels and to solve their problem, Sharad and Avni decided to get separated from their house, but this apparently does not go down too well with Ms. Patel. K.D.Pathak reveals court that he has found some evidence of Match sticks in the kitchen and also tries to convince Judge that Ms. Patel has not set Avni on fire. Ms. Patel's Husband reveals court that he saw a box of petrol in Sarju's hand who revealed him that Ms. Patel had ordered him to bring it. Why is K.D. Pathak raising a doubt on Avni's Friend Pramod?
