TV presenter Aidan Power and musician Fiachna O'Bhraonain explore a bike trail on the Ballyhoura Mountains in Limerick, by the Cork and Tipperary borders. They also undertake a 40km section of the Ballyhoura Way by foot to the base of the Galtee Mountains.
