On the menu are Rib-Eye Steak With Onion Blue Cheese Sauce and Restaurant Style Smashed Potatoes. On the side, grilled Corn With Pasilla Butter. Then for dessert, a fabulous Strawberry Sparkle Cake inspired by Chuck's great-grandmother's recipe.
