Bullwinkle got scrootched! He was now frozen solid. When Boris wakes up, he draws the moon men's attention to Rocky while he steals Bullwinkle. When Bullwinkle comes too, he has a new laboratory, with a new assistant (Boris). Boris wears a hearing aid which is really a short-wave radio which is being transmitted in another country by a band of spies. While Gidney and Cloyd take Rocky, he convinces them that they are invited to a party, and Bullwinkle's the entertainment chairman. But they can't find Bullwinkle. Bullwinkle has to use a chemistry dictionary for each of his household ingredients so Boris won't think it's a girl's cooking class. While the spies' duplicate explodes, Bullwinkle's result was chocolate pandowdy. When Rocky catches the aroma, he heads for Bullwinkle, where he falls through Boris's trap door.
