Thorsten Falke, Mario Schmidt, and Lynn de Baer are increasingly closing in on a planned operation by the Mocro Mafia in Emden, linked to a series of contract killings. The operation was initiated by Karim Saidi, the son of the imprisoned Mocro Mafia boss, and had also been uncovered by undercover investigator Joe Glauning during his investigations. Falke is trying to extract the precise details from the seemingly insane, but possibly defecting, informant who is being held in a psychiatric facility.
