Forest Haven was a mental health asylum located in Maryland and operated between 1925 and 1991. In just 66 years of operation, this facility would ultimately go on to become one of the worst cases of institutional abuse in US history, with 1 in 3 residents losing their life under the care of the asylum. Rampant abuse and medical malpractice was so common in this facility that some family members of residents believed that "the only way out of Forest Haven is to die". We have been investigating this location for over 2 years now, collecting and piecing together evidence with documented history to try and correlate any findings with actual events. After 2 years in total silence, I'm finally able to present you with some of the best evidence we have ever captured.
