Cristina confesses to Father Salvador that she has already spoken with the man who knows her family and that, thanks to this conversation, she has decided not to find out anything more about her biological mother. After a conversation between Leonardo and Carolina, he reveals to her where Manuel can be found, insinuating a possible infidelity. Determined, Carolina goes to look for him and, unfortunately for her, finds him with another person in his room. Leonardo confesses to Manuel that he was responsible for Carolina going to the hotel where he was caught, although he omits important information to present himself as the victim. Roberta goes to Carolina's office to ask her to leave Manuel alone and release him, assuring her that she is much better than Carolina and that Manuel can be happy by her side, something that is no longer possible with Carolina.
