This week Gillian meets Aimee and Karen Scriven from Norfolk. 20-year-old Aimee, who is 17 ½ stone, was secretly nominated for the McKeith treatment by her mum, Karen, who is desperate to help her. Gillian turns the tables on Mum however, and nominates her as well.
