After Skinner once again has let Mrs. Krabappel down, Bart nominates her for Teacher of the Year. The nomination is accepted, and soon the Simpsons family and Mrs. Krabappel attend the award ceremony in Orlando, Florida, where Skinner tries to get back Krabappel by asking her to marry him.
