Tonyo (Dennis Trillo) and the officers at Station 12 uncover that the new drugs they are investigating originate from a university. To gather intel, they enlist Tonyo’s pickpocket friend Vince (Matthew Uy) and Police Corporal Wilbert Mariano (Will Ashley) to go undercover as students.
