Upon hearing that Woo-hae is ill, Je-yeon feels lost and returns to her parents’ home. Meanwhile, Woo-hae doesn’t want to hurt Je-yeon and tries to distance himself from her. He also prepares for the worst and becomes cold to Nu-ri and demands that she meet her birth mother and reconcile.
