Yesi is deeply shocked after arriving home and finding Rodolfo there. The young woman had arrived accompanied by Pelluco, so seeing the two in the same place causes her to collapse and unleashes her fury against Maitén, whom she accuses of not knowing about the existence of her other son. Meanwhile, Betsabé asks Fernanda to talk alone, where she asks her to please be honest and accept her feelings for Pelluco. After the argument they had over Yesi's fury, Maitén gathers Pelluco and Rodolfo together and asks them to make peace for her sake and not give her any more days of pain. Rodolfo also offers Maitén his home as a refuge to stay safe from Chingao.
