Meanwhile, Clinton confesses to Homer that his supposedly terminal illness was a hoax, just to spend a night with Mónica. Meanwhile, Jonathan tries to reconcile with Myriam after his trip south, but she remains steadfast in her decision. Hours later, Myriam meets with her doctor, who gives her news that could change her life forever.
