Lexie admits to Kate that John may never walk again as a mysterious figure injects John's I.V. The figure watches from the bathroom as John crashes and is brought back. Jennifer gets nothing but attitude from Abby, who continues to blame her for Jack's death. Chelsea promises to talk to Abby for her. Mimi tries to convince Shawn that he is making a mistake by letting Belle marry Philip.
