Bo, Hope and Shawn all struggle valiantly to stay strong for their family as they try to come to terms with the idea of a future without JT. Alice and Grandpa Shawn offer prayers to help them through this unbearably difficult time. Glen and Barb arrive a bit early because they figured that it would take a while to load all of JT's stuff into the car. Shawn is deeply bothered to learn that Barb is having another boy and JT will have a new brother. When JT has trouble breathing, Hope screams for the nebulizer, but Glen calmly starts to flick JT's feet, saying he learned to do that in an infant CPR class. Glen and Barb express their gratitude for all the loving care the Bradys have shown JT and how they've nurtured him.
