After regaining consciousness, Rosalía searches for answers about her baby, and Lucas gives her the sad news that she lost him in the accident. Óscar tells Moisés that his life is about to change since his mother reappeared. He searches for answers about why she abandoned him, but Óscar, heartbroken, assures him that when his mother discovered he was alive, she decided to search everywhere until she found him. Franco, heartbroken, apologizes to Lucas for Rosalía's accident. He confesses that it was all a consequence of his "Risso Patrón" story: if he hadn't made it up, Rosalía would never have sought out Lucía to confess the truth. The meeting between Moisés and Erika is filled with emotion. As he tells her about his past and adventures, Erika firmly tells Óscar that she plans to stay in Monteverde: her life now lies where her son is.
