After Moisés's mother unexpectedly returns, Óscar confesses to Father Gabriel that no one will take the boy from him, whom he raised as his own. Andrés asks Aunt Celeste to take him to Óscar's farm to talk to his mother, but she warns him that from then on, her priorities will change. Óscar agrees to let Andrés return to live with Moisés and invites him to dinner at the farm. Carolina makes the most difficult decision and, accompanied by her lawyer, turns herself in to the authorities, hoping to continue her legal proceedings under house arrest.
