Devastated by the news, Gloria refuses to allow Father Gabriel to marry them, as nothing can replace the blessing of the man she trusted completely. Andrés confesses to Carolina that he and Moisés devised a plan to reunite her with Óscar in Zacatillo so they could talk and heal their wounds. Padilla assures Carolina that he has the information necessary to prove her innocence.
