Although he tries to convince her to be happy with Óscar, she insists that this will not be possible, and he responds with a word that breaks her heart. "Sister Celeste," upon hearing Óscar's pleas, doesn't hesitate to kiss him; however, they are discovered by Carlos. Eva seeks out her son Franco to tell him she is leaving Monteverde, but upon learning she won't be as close to him, she begins to cry and begs for a hug. Lucas shows Óscar a photo of his mother; upon seeing it, he recognizes Gina and confesses that he had a relationship with her.
