Designed to carry more than 30 people and rack up the miles, the Delahaye Type 163 was a high-end symbol of public transportation. The only minor setback: the vehicle François unearthed lacked an engine. The chassis had suffered the ravages of time and was corroded by rust. The brakes, transmission, and wiring harness all needed to be overhauled. And as if that weren't enough, François set himself an ambitious goal: to share this heritage with the younger generation.
