After Özlem's decision to divorce, Kenan wastes no time and plans to start a new chapter in his life with Handan. Handan, on the other hand, is uncomfortable with Kenan's fast and emotionless approach and expresses her reservations about the relationship. Later, deep in thought, Kenan's mind wanders to Özlem. He calls her and tries to reach her but without success. Özlem is having a hard time after her breakup with Kenan. When she hears Kenan's voice on her answering machine, she opens her eyes and tries to hold on to life with all her strength. Meanwhile, Güllü has a hard time due to the sudden illness of her husband Kaşif; she calls an ambulance and waits for help. Güllü's panic and Kaşif's health condition cause great concern in the neighborhood. Fadi, who loses the special gift entrusted to him by Kenan, is in great distress. In the face of Kenan's distant attitude, he fears losing his relationship with him and his job.
