A single industrial trawler can take the equivalent of the catches of a thousand small-scale fishing boats, seriously depleting fish stocks. To counter this unfair competition, small-scale fishermen in Normandy are waging a David versus Goliath battle against the mega-trawlers and finding new ways to sell their catch.
