Ok, I will admit it. I used to LOVE Baileys, so I am pretty excited to try my hand at making some. So how do you make Baileys Irish Cream? I scoured the internet and found a promising-looking recipe. But I am not happy with that. Let's make it, taste it & improve on it! Thats right you get 2 for one today, two recipes. Then a BJCP judge is going to taste it and see which he prefers.
