Rum and live dunder, The mystery is ripe! the Buccaneer Bobs rum is almost ready to go. But I still had not decided exactly how to use the live dunder for it. I have heard and read so much about live dunder pits. So many things that contradict each other. I decided that I should attempt to set up a little test. I wanted to taste test these three things against each other. I have also seen "esterification" referenced when talking about dunder pit rums.
