The brothers Jens and Jelle Slim, aided by their half-wit pa, run a scam, organizing bus tours just to get a hold of valuable luggage before stranding everyone. Most elderly townsfolk participate, such the commissioner and his ma, so he puts Toby in charge while he acts as utterly inept tour guide. Grandpa, whom grandma dragged along having had no holiday in years, smells a rat and remembers an invention which can prove the truth.
