Sumru's life is in danger as a result of the accident she had. Hikmet, who witnessed the accident, leaves Sumru to her fate. Cihan demands that Melek make a decision. The situation becomes increasingly difficult for Melek, who is caught between her twin Nuh and her great love Cihan. Sevilay is not at all happy about having made a definite decision and returned to the Şansalan family because of Nuh's anger. However, Nuh does not accept losing Sevilay and does everything he can to reach her. Nuh's anger towards the Şansalan family pushes him to irreversible moves. As a result of these moves, he will confront all his loved ones, especially Melek.
