At that very moment, Rengin, who is expected to handle the delivery, suddenly falls ill and becomes unable to perform the procedure, triggering a major crisis at the hospital. All eyes turn to Bahar, who has never taken on such a huge responsibility before. Despite all of Aziz Uras’s objections and doubts, there is no other option. Bahar must deliver her first baby as a doctor! With Evren’s support, she decides to take on the highly risky delivery. She not only has to prove her medical competence but also her courage, bringing her into direct confrontation with Aziz Uras. Meanwhile, in another part of the hospital, Leyla fights for her life in the middle of a critical surgery. Just as Bahar finishes the delivery, she is shaken by Seren’s desperate cry: “Bahar, are my babies alive?”
